Job summary

NAPA is seeking Delivery Drivers to safely deliver automotive parts across the metropolitan Chicago area, building strong customer relationships with friendly, professional service and on-time deliveries.

You will pick up parts from vendors, maintain stockroom inventory, log shipments, and support store operations while following safety rules and vehicle maintenance checks. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, or holidays; starting pay $18.50 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
• Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers with on-time deliveries.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service.
• Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and maintain clean delivery trucks.
• Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
• Support store operations with order dispatch, inbound/outbound shipments, and stocking shelves.
