Basic clinical requirements for every IndeVet

• High-quality, independent post-grad hospital experience, including:

• Small animal GP with dynamic mentorship.

• ER experience with ongoing mentorship.

• Completion of a challenging, contemporary internship.

• Confidence to work independently in hospitals with active community support.

• Ability to work at least 25 hours/week.

• Active veterinary license, DEA, and CDS licenses (if applicable), or ability to obtain them.

• Strong clinical skills and excellent client communication.

• Internship training is a plus.

Qualifications

As a W2 employee, your salary is guaranteed for both full- and part-time roles. FT starts at 34 hours/week, PT at 25 hours/week. Compensation is hourly, ranging from $70.00 to $78.00, with opportunities for additional earnings through extra shifts, potentially adding $10.00–$20.00 per hour. Your total earning potential is flexible and on your terms.
