Qualifications

• Active armed guard card or license is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• A minimum of five years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification required for positions in Texas.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas to deter theft.
• Work closely with store staff and management on security concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and activities.
• Report potential hazards or suspicious situations promptly.
• Adhere to company and state regulations on firearm handling.
