Lever, Inc. is seeking a BrightBee After School Instructor to support students at YMCA Marin, helping them learn, grow, and succeed. This role offers flexible sites and assignments, with higher earnings for more opportunities. Start ASAP, Monday–Friday 1pm–6pm, at YMCA Marin.

You design and lead engaging activities, provide homework help, supervise students, and assist with daily operations while building strong connections with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Background check and safety guidelines must be followed.
• School clearances required and paid by the candidate.
• Live scan and additional testing/clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging group activities across PE, team-building, arts, and STEM.
• Provide homework help and small-group tutoring.
• Supervise students during transitions, snack, and recreation with positive behavior management.
• Attend to attendance, materials, and parent communication during pick-up.
