Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one in-home ABA services for children with Autism and their families. Part-time positions offered with paid training, Same Day Pay after clocking in, and a supportive clinical team focused on evidence-based interventions and positive outcomes.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; RBT certification is required before working, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to maximize client

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
