Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings across Iowa. This role emphasizes one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans. No prior experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
