Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA interventions to clients in natural environments under supervision. You will collect data and contribute to presentations while growing professionally in a supportive setting.

Collaborating with program staff and families, you will help ensure program consistency and maintain high standards of care. We offer weekly pay, health insurance, incentives, and a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course.
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
