Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services across the USA. The role offers true flexibility—you can work from home or in-person, with schedule options that fit your life. A two-month paid training program supports your growth, along with ongoing CEUs and clinical guidance.

As part of our nationwide network, you’ll build skills, access mentorship from lead BCBAs, and receive support to fill your caseload while delivering high-quality ABA services to clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required; able to provide ABA services remotely or in-person.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and team.
• Experience with data collection and progress tracking in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement treatment plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
