Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Monona, IA. This long-term role covers bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to support independence at home.

Flexible schedule, 9 hours per week, with a total pay of $27/hour (base $23 + $4 bonus for completing all shifts in the pay period). Experience as a caregiver is required, and the company can train on job specifics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We will perform a background check.
• TB skin test required if not had one recently.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking.
• Help the client stay independent at home.
• Follow the agreed-upon schedule and report any concerns to the supervisor.
