Care Planning Institute, Inc. seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in West Salem, IL. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to keep him independent at home.

This long-term, part-time role offers 6 hours per week, split into two 3-hour shifts. Pay is $25 per hour ($21 base + $4 bonus) if all shifts are completed in the pay period; a background check and TB skin test are required.
