Canon Medical Diagnostics USA, Inc. (CMDU) is seeking a Warehouse / Operations Associate in Mountain View, CA. The role is part-time (32 hours/week) with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA with company match, Life Insurance, and 401K with company match.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, preparing shipments, and coordinating warehouse activities. Requirements include shipping label application, weights and measures, English communication, basic math, and ERP system

Qualificações

Familiarity with shipping labels, weights, measurements and counts.
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
Basic math skills (add/sub/multiply/divide).
Proficient with ERP systems and shipping platforms (FedEx/UPS).
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Forklift operation preferred.
Knowledge of international shipping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate shipping details with ERP system, freight forwarders, and Customer Service.
Maintain shipping/receiving records and inventory of materials.
Verify items against bills of lading, invoices, or orders.
Determine shipment methods and attach labels, stamps, or stencils.
Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and coordinate resolutions.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments as needed.
