Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is hiring a Personal Care Aide in Trenary, MI to support an elderly male veteran at home. The role involves helping with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to maintain independence.

Schedule is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and a $22/hour total pay (base $18 + $4 bonus if shifts are kept as agreed). Training is provided and a background check will be conducted. Starting soon, caregiver experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required and training is provided.
• A background check will be performed.
• TB test may be required; TB testing process is described in company guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to stay independent at home.
• Help maintain daily activities and comfort for the elder client.
• Follow care plan and report any changes to the supervisor.
