Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support an elderly male client in Stone Lake, Wisconsin. The position is long-term with a 12-hour weekly schedule; shifts are flexible but must be kept once agreed.

Pay is $28 per hour, composed of a $24 base rate plus a $4 per hour bonus if all shifts are completed in the pay period. Experience as a caregiver is required, and the agency can train on specifics of the job.

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• TB skin test required if not recently done.
• Background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help him stay independent at home.
• Provide compassionate personal care and follow care plan as directed.
