Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. in Harbor Beach, MI seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to stay independent at home.

This long-term role offers 12 hours per week. The position pays $22/hour (base $18 + $4 bonus) if all shifts are kept; training is provided and a TB skin test is required; background check will be performed. Same-day pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required and a background check will be performed.
• TB skin test is required if not recently completed.
• Training on job specifics will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Assist with basic daily activities and monitor safety and well-being.
• Follow the care plan and communicate changes to the supervisor.
