Job summary

Help at Home is seeking Caregivers in Florida to provide in-home support for seniors and adults on a flexible 1099 basis. Start with clients across Florida and enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible caregivers.

Roles include light housekeeping, personal care, mobility support and companionship, with weekly pay and direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with meaningful, one-on-one home care work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for effective patient communication and safety.
• Florida 40 hour HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• Completion of required training and background checks per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care including light housekeeping, bathing and daily living support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and companionship to clients at home.
• Support clients with meals, dressing and grooming as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and care teams in English.
• Coordinate transportation and errands when applicable.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during in-home care.
