Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a baby boy in a home setting in Mount Pocono, PA. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and weekly pay, supported by ongoing clinical training.

Applicants must hold a PA LPN license and BLS/CPR certification, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Pediatric homecare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to physician's plan of care
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures
• Educate and support family members regarding patient care
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
