Our Daily Bread Ministries in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse/Machine Operator – Level 2 (Flex) to support warehouse, fulfillment, mailing, and print operations. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehousing, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hi-lo/forklift experience or certification on hire.
• Intermediate computer skills and inventory system experience.

Responsibilities

• Restock daily pick-face locations and transfer inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, prepared, and staged for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using powered equipment.
• Support multiple operational areas, including Mailing Machines, Print Bindery, Fulfillment, and Warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Receive incoming products and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Report damages, shortages, and inventory discrepancies within WMS systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs) and customs forms.
• Assist with fulfillment equipment, mail inserting, inkjet operations, machine operation, and print-finishing processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and inventory management activities.
• Support recycling and waste-management operations, including use of cardboard and paper balers.
