As a Flex guard you will maintain a visible security presence, monitor for unauthorized access, log visitors, complete incident reports, and follow site-specific procedures. Must have California Guard Card and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, and digital patrol apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence at assigned client sites.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and safety concerns.
• Control access and log visitors at entry points.
• Secure designated areas and report issues to management.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all post orders, client instructions, and site-specific procedures.
• Cover emergency call-outs when available.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• ValidCalifornia Guard Card(required)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Minimum 4 shifts per month
• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• Bilingual English/Spanish—preferred
• Prior security experience—preferred, notrequired
