Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Colorado is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Flex Team in Centennial. This role supports residents with daily living activities, comfort, and personalized care in a dynamic senior living environment.

You will assist with social, personal, and health care needs, follow safety procedures, and communicate updates to nursing supervisors. A CNA license and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant License - active and in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• 3-6 months experience working with senior adults preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first officer of the daily care ship, navigating residents' activities of daily living toward comfort and independence.
• Uncover residents' likes and dislikes to personalize care experiences.
• Assist residents with social, personal, and health care needs as their go-to person.
• Apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Make swift decisions in emergencies and keep the right people in the loop.
• Keep nursing supervisors updated on resident status and condition with clear reports.

Posted Wage: Pay range is $22.20 - $26.60 / hour (+ $4 shift differential)

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Position requires strenuous physical work. Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases possible.
• Sits, stands, bends and moves frequently during working hours.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
