Job summary

Kreher’s offers a Flex Team Associate I position in Clarence, NY with early morning hours and a pay range of $18–$20 per hour. The role involves learning poultry care, biosecurity, and sanitation procedures under supervision, with opportunities to participate in vaccination and cleaning activities across houses.

Schedule is Monday to Friday 6 am–4 pm and 6 am–12 pm on Saturdays, with full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurances, plus 401k, PTO, and free farm fresh eggs.

Responsibilities

• Learn bird moving activities to include moving chicks/hens in and out of houses, counting and caging chicks/hens, moving carts, etc.
• Learn and participate in other bird procedures such as vaccinating, etc.
• Learn how to work with a team to thoroughly clean poultry houses during flock turnover – dry and pressure cleaning building, equipment, cages, feeders, etc. followed by disinfection.
• Learn and follow all biosecurity protocols.

It is the responsibility of the Flex Team Associate I to follow Kreher’s pre-established poultry care and poultry house sanitation procedures and guidelines, under direct supervision, to:
