Flex Shift Hours:

• 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

These shorter shifts allow you to earn income, build valuable work experience, and be part of the Chick-fil-A team while maintaining flexibility for the other responsibilities in your life.

What You’ll Do

As a Flex Shift Team Member, you will help create an exceptional experience for every guest by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient Chick-fil-A service.

• Smile and create a welcoming environment
• Create and maintain eye contact with guests
• Speak enthusiastically and use friendly hospitality
• Make genuine emotional connections with guests
• Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Work as part of a team and support others when needed
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and dress code
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Represent the vision and values of the restaurant
• Complete other duties as assigned
