Job summary

Securitas is seeking a reliable Flex Security Officer for a fixed location in Wilton, CT. The role requires flexibility to cover overnight and weekend shifts to maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and property.

You will patrol, control access, respond to incidents, and prepare clear reports. Experience in security or customer service is preferred but not required because training is provided. You must be 18+ and able to pass background checks and screenings.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and professional Flex Security Officer to join our team in Wilton, CT. This position is for one fixed location in Wilton and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights and weekends.

As a Flex Officer, you’ll help maintain a safe and secure environment for our client’s employees, visitors, and property. You’ll cover different shifts as needed, so being dependable and adaptable is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Control access to the facility and verify identification as required
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to site procedures
• Write clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Follow all site assignment instructions and company policies
