Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Unarmed Rapid Response Patrol in Sacramento, CA. The role offers 30–40 hours weekly with shifts that vary, using our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift scheduling program. You will patrol sites, respond to incidents, and support client needs in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Applicants should have at least two years of security experience, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Some roles require 18+ or 21+ depending on duties.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
