Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a Flex Security Guard (Unarmed) to support multiple sites. The role focuses on mobile patrols, visible deterrence, and delivering exceptional customer care to residents and visitors.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with 24–36 hours per week. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time

Ability to provide coverage to a variety of sites

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
