Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Seattle to patrol client sites and respond to incidents with a customer‑centered approach. You will use our shift‑pickup platform to view and claim open shifts that fit your availability, gaining site experience across healthcare, education, finance and more.

Responsibilities include patrolling, hazard identification, alarm responses, and detailed incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Reliable and adaptable to different posts and shifts.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
