Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring immediately for Flex Security (Part Time) Officers in Wentzville / Troy, MO. The role offers $18.50 per hour and requires availability mornings, evenings, and holidays. Officers may work various postings including rover, gatehouse, and front desk. A quarterly $100 attendance bonus rewards consistent showing up for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience or security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers when necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the interior/exterior perimeter to identify potential safety risks.
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies and contact local first responders.
