Job summary

Command Security Services is a California-based security provider seeking a Security Officer to protect clients' employees, visitors and facilities. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents and document activity while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple sites and shifts are available with overtime, training, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a high school diploma and a valid Guard Card; Real ID or government ID required for access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 with proof or valid exemption.
• Ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Valid CA BSIS Guard Card required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and deliver timely and accurate reports by recording observations and surveillance activities.
• Conduct effective security patrols and monitor assigned site.
• Execute and enforce client-specific tasks and procedures.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Observe, report, and prevent incidents with a visible security presence.
• Provide support in emergencies or alarms.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Inspect buildings and access points for security vulnerabilities.
• Adhere to all client policies, rules, and local/federal laws.
