Securitas is seeking a Flex Security Officer in a full-time role based in Bismarck, ND. The position involves access control, patrolling multiple sites, and maintaining a safe environment for clients and visitors.

Key duties include de-escalation, reporting hazards, and enforcing site directives while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must be 18+, possess a HS diploma/GED, and have 1 year of security or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military police experience required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact with client employees and guests frequently.
• Identify and report safety issues and suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Use technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Willingness to travel to other cities as this is a driving site.
