Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services seeks a Security Flex Officer for a Bio Pharma site in Marlborough, MA. Full-time flex hours are 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and a starting rate of $19.65/hour plus orientation and DailyPay.

You will safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more, using our shift-pickup platform to build your schedule. Flex work may include irregular shifts with little advance notice.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• No prior experience required (permitted in some cases).
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Able to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
