Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Access Control in Denver. The Flex Officer will patrol designated areas, monitor entrances and exits, and respond to incidents across various industries using our shift-pickup platform to build your schedule.

You may be assigned to different posts with irregular shifts and minimal advance notice. Qualified applicants need a HS diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, with licensing as required by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or 5+ years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
