Qualifications

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Basic computer skills; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and client staff to maintain safety and security.
• Support multiple sites with flexible scheduling and coverage.
• Provide professional, courteous security presence and incident reports as needed.
• Assist in safety protocols and client-specific procedures.
• Maintain readiness to respond to incidents across NH area.
