Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a FLEX Security Officer in Central Massachusetts. The full-time role requires about 40 hours per week with open availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.

A valid driver’s license and ability to work varying shifts week to week are required. The Security Officer will monitor premises, deter crime, provide customer service, respond to incidents, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent observational and de‑escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• 1+ year of customer service related experience required.
• Prior security experience strongly preferred.
