Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Flex Security Officer in Oakland, California, who will conduct mobile patrols and respond to security incidents. The role requires an active California Guard License, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a minimum of 2 years of security experience.

Shift Availability

Flex Security Officer (All Shifts)

Must have active California Guard License. LIC: 122480

Expectations: work any shift on any day; work weekends/holidays; provide coverage for scheduled vacation time and a variety of sites; hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; possess security experience; work 24-36 hours per week.

• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
