About The Team

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Note: This role includes an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

  • Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement. This may include standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
  • Flexible Schedule with hours ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Reliable support and ability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Compensation: IL: $15.00 per hour - $16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
