Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable custodians to help keep the Frisco mall clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors. This is an active, hands-on role across common areas, food court zones, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned spaces.

No prior janitorial experience is required as training will be provided. This flexible position offers shifts based on staffing needs, with hours varying depending on business needs and coverage requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• No specific education or prior training required.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessary supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean glass doors, windows, panels, sills, and other glass surfaces.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, equipment, ledges, trim, and other surfaces.
• Clean and polish metalwork, marble surfaces, and fixtures.
• Clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain areas surrounding elevators, escalators, and stairways.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to spills, trash, and other cleaning needs.
• Monitor assigned areas and address cleaning needs throughout the shift.
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and supplies.
• Follow established safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physically demanding position. Employees may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Push and pull cleaning carts, trash containers, and cleaning equipment
• Lift, carry, move, and position items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Use hands and arms to operate cleaning tools and equipment
• Navigate stairs and varying floor or walking surfaces
• Perform cleaning tasks requiring frequent movement and physical activity throughout the shift

Work Environment
