Securitas USA is hiring a Flex Officer - Part Time in Bettendorf, IA to help maintain a safe environment via access control, patrolling, and enforcing site regulations. The role emphasizes customer service and vigilance.

Candidates must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Training provided; uniforms are free; benefits available.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel up to 1.5 hours from Bettendorf, IA for a site.
• Driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, including access control and patrolling multiple sites.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites regarding personnel, visitors, and areas.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carrying out duties of similar nature as required for the site.

Flex Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Bettendorf, IA

Wage Range:$17.00-$18.50/HR

TheFlexOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
