Job summary

Pandora's The Woodlands Mall location is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience, surpass sales goals, and actively engage fans with product knowledge. You’ll cover peak hours, including evenings and weekends, with a schedule that ranges from a few hours per month to about 12 hours weekly during peak seasons.

Candidates should be 18+, able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bring a passion for brand storytelling and genuine customer care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• Strong communication skills and customer care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• You are at least 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability 4–12 hours per week in peak seasons.
