Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting 8-13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Comprehensive benefits and housing are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
