Siemens Building Automation Systems Specialist is needed to manage centralized control of HVAC, lighting and other building systems via BAS. The role focuses on improving occupant comfort, energy efficiency and lifecycle costs across sites including Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include startup, commissioning, documenting performance, and planning work with mentors. Expect up to 80% travel, teamwork, and the ability to work in varied environments.

The objectives of building automation are improved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption and operating costs, and improved life cycle of utilities.

The pay range for this position is $49,195 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
