Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Los Angeles. The Flex role requires adaptability to cover various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, at multiple sites as needed.

You will monitor security systems, conduct patrols, and control access to protect people and property. Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., hold a BSIS Guard Card with 32 hours of training, and demonstrate strong report writing and tech proficiency.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide evidence of High School Diploma or GED.
• Hold a BSIS Guard Card and complete 32hr BSIS trainings (additional training available during hiring).
• Strong report writing skills are required.
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies.
• Ensure safety of people and property.

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
