AK Building Services is seeking a dependable Flex Cleaner to provide cleaning services at various commercial locations in Fort Lauderdale. The role supports a flexible schedule, with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and opportunities for advancement.

As a Flex Cleaner, you will travel to different job sites, clean and sanitize spaces, and ensure safety standards are followed. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required to support site-to-site

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Flexible scheduling and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
