Nordstrom, Inc. in New York is seeking a FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program to partner with on-set crews and Project Coordinators to prep samples for video shoots, receiving items from photo studios, fulfillment centers, and the sales floor.

You will own receiving and preparation in coordination with weekly shoot schedules and product volume. This is a flexible, as-needed position (not full-time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Detailed preparation of samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, removing tags & censors; ensure prep for filming shift.
• Maintain accurate labeling of product at receipt, during shoot, and upon return.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area per guidelines.
• Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer.
• Procure items from the salesfloor while adhering to dress and customer interaction guidelines.
• Collaborate with store logistics teams to ensure inventory checkout during filming.
• Maintain understanding of video sample process and tools.
• Communicate with program teams via Teams.

The FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program, will partner with on-set crews and Project Coordinators toprepsamples for video shoots. Samples will be received from our photo studios, fulfillment centers, and from thesalesflooras Store Inventory Pulls. The Flex Assistant Stylist will own the receiving and preparation of allproductin coordination with weekly shoot schedules and product volume. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may berequired. Travel between store locations may berequired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$23.00 - $35.00 Hourly
