Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Fleetio Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on our fleet of vessels. You will manage Fleetio entries and support day-to-day marina operations in a busy club environment.

The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays and demands a customer-focused, upbeat attitude with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to utilize a tablet and the Fleetio software.
• Proven experience using applications.
• Vision adequate to read / manipulate handheld computer tablets.
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
• Highly effective communication skills and friendly customer service.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain a cooperative, team attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees.

Position Overview

Do you love working outside? Do you love the water? Do you love boating? As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club Operations team, the dockside Fleetio Maintenance Technician troubleshoots and performs light maintenance on our fleet of vessels, while assisting with executing the day-to-day operations of the Club. We are looking for customer-focused friendly and upbeat individuals. This position is full-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications

• Fleet maintenance background
• Boating experience in and around boats

Working Conditions

• Work outside in the state’s elements and stand for an extended period of time
• Local travel required
• Work in a marina setting on docks that may be fixed or floating
• Work near and on the water
• Safely move on, off and in vessels during various tide and weather conditions

Pay and Benefits

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $20 per hour. This position is eligible to participate in valued Brunswick benefit offerings including 401k (up to 4% match), wellbeing program, and product purchase discounts.
