Job summary

Quixote Studios is seeking a Lot Attendant/Cleaner to maintain clean, rental-ready vehicles and trailers and support the Fleet and Studio Services teams. You will help ensure safety, condition, and documentation meet company standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting units, documenting damages with photos, assisting customers at check-in, and keeping the lot organized. Weekend and overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as determined by the company.
• 1–2 years of cleaning, fleet, lot, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with using tablets to document vehicle damage and check vehicles in/out.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors and exteriors of RVs, trailers, tractors, and fleet vehicles to company standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, shampoo, mop floors, clean windows, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Inspect units before rental and after return; photograph and document damage.
• Check DOT and BIT documentation and current safety equipment; report issues.
• Assist customers with rental check-in and guide to units; provide courteous service.
• Maintain organized lot areas and assist with vehicle placement.
