Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time maintenance technician in Mason City, IA. The role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet to ensure timely delivery of PepsiCo brands. Training is provided for diagnostic tools and repair processes.

You’ll work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a focus on safety and documentation of work orders and vehicle records. A valid driver’s license and appropriate certifications are required.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and reach/carry/push/pull.
Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems, aftertreatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs with independence.
Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, forklifts).
Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists).
Support safety standards and procedures; respond to service calls as needed.
