Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Massillon, OH is hiring for a fleet technician role. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles to keep drivers on the road delivering beloved brands.

The position requires a CDL Class B license, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts, including weekends. Training is provided and safety is a priority in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class B License.
• Driver's license must not be suspended or revoked in past 3 years.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Willing to work on/under trucks for an entire shift (8–12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues and performing preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with experienced mechanics on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to traffic center when needed (CDL required).
• Manage parts inventory and bill parts and labor to work orders.
• Build vendor relationships for estimates on parts or outside labor.
