Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Fleet Technician A to maintain and repair our fleet vehicles, including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts, to ensure safe and reliable operations. The role requires a high school diploma, five ASE certifications or 10 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a CDL A within 6 months.

You will work 2pm–10:30pm on the second shift and be part of a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five ASE certifications or ten years of vehicle maintenance experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel, gasoline, and propane fuel systems.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing air, hydraulic, and electric brake systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle HVAC, electrical systems, and onboard diagnostics.
• Basic welding skills are a plus.
• Must be able to operate and drive vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all fleet equipment (trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Execute major and minor repairs as needed to ensure safe operations.
• Conduct advanced diagnostic troubleshooting for faults and codes.
• Assist and train team members to improve overall skills.
• Handle parts and forklift operations; support other duties as assigned.
