Shield AI is seeking a Field Integration Specialist to join the Field Integration and Test team. You will conduct site surveys and install systems in the field, ensuring correct deployment and active operation.

You will handle technical readiness, troubleshooting, sustainment, and integration support for deployed systems, working alongside Field Integration Engineers and Air Vehicle Operators. Your main goal is high fleet readiness and uptime for the current deployment.

Job Description:

As a Field Integration Specialist, you'll be part of the Field Integration and Test team. Your main duties are site surveys and field installation: checking deployment locations and installing systems in the field. You'll also handle technical readiness, troubleshooting, sustainment and integration support for deployed systems. You'll work alongside Field Integration Engineers, who lead integration efforts, and Air Vehicle Operators, who run missions. You carry out the technical work on each deployment and keep it going day to day.

Your main goal is high fleet readiness and uptime for the current deployment.
