Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a data analytics professional to transform data into actionable insights for our Charlotte operations. This role focuses on data-driven decision making within an engineering and construction environment.

You will gather and clean data, develop KPIs, build reports, assist budgeting, and participate in vendor negotiations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and aligning with relocation to Charlotte within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business with quantitative focus.
• A Masters or MBA would be considered with expanded responsibilities.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with good communication and analytical abilities.

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present clear and understandable findings with attention to detail and accuracy
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, with quantitative, finance, or supply chain focus
• A Masters or MBA would be considered with expanded responsibilities
• Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to both manage work independently and work well with a team
• Must be highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in R, SQL, or Power BI or other dashboarding tool is desired.
