Job summary

Hertz Fleet Services Supervisor leading maintenance operations on our vehicle fleet during a defined shift. You will manage staff, oversee invoices, order parts, and drive service metrics at the Stockton location.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, strong communication, computer literacy, and a proven ability to motivate teams; a high school diploma preferred. Flexible shifts including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a maintenance space, preferably as a mechanic.
• Knowledgeable in rental car procedures and location operations.
• General understanding of maintenance practices (preventative and warranty).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all maintenance functions.
• Oversee location operations while on shift and support the Manager Fleet Services.
• Communicate daily tasks to staff to reach service metrics and goals.
• Maintain and process invoices and ensure parts are in inventory for repairs.
• Coordinate schedules for service maintenance on all vehicles at the location.
